So here are pics of me starting from when I was 18 till today. When I was skinny, got pregnant, got huge, stayed huge, got pregnant again, got bigger, stayed bigger and then got even bigger and now a little smaller as to where I am today. :) When I was making this I was like...seriously?? I was that big? And I didn't even notice it... :(

After I had Peyton I just fluctuated. I would eat healthy and lose some weight, then gain it back, then lose it, then gain it back...And why was this? Because I would eat "healthy" as in any low calorie low fat food, not natural foods. I was nutritionally starving and would therefore always stop my "diets" and when I did I went big as in whole pizzas to myself, bags of chips with dip every night, out to eat constantly...ugh such icky food i was consuming. So here are some fluctuations :)

Do I still have a lot of work to do? Oh of course but the difference is noticeable! Plus I can run 6 miles without feeling so sore the next day I can barely walk, I love to run and I never EVER thought I would say that! I put amazing food into my body along with my kids' and I know we are healthy. Having an all natural plant based diet can do wonders for you!! It's working on me!!!
